It is with great pleasure that I address you on this third edition of the Nigeria International Petroleum Summit (NIPS): An African Petroleum Technology and Business Conference in Nigeria holding here in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The maiden edition of this annual summit was held three years ago and I am happy to note that this oil and gas summit has gathered momentum and become a major international event in the oil and gas global calendar. The Nigeria International Petroleum Summit (NIPS) is a platform for Nigeria to engage with local, regional and global communities as well as the promotion of our domestic oil and gas potentials.
